» Evaluation of licensor package and specifying shortages and discrepancies
» Design of the laboratory building and rooms
» Extracting key information from test methods / analytical methods
» Preparing the laboratory equipment list, data sheets, material requisitions, analytical manual, etc.
» Designing the laboratory furniture layout, gas distribution layout, equipment layout and utility distribution layout
» Preparing the list of chemicals, standard mixture gases, pure gases, glassware, miscellaneous items and the other common facilities
» Cooperation with other departments (Civil/HVAC, Architectural, Piping, Safety and Electrical departments) and preparing their requested data (including calculation of laboratory equipment heat dissipation, laboratory electrical load list, flow rates of hoods, etc.)
